NextFest retains all rights to its name, logo, and brand identity. VibePass retains all rights to its name, logo, brand, programming, and the underlying proprietary framework — including, without limitation, the user interface design, the conceptual architecture for festival companion technology, the prompt systems, and bespoke proprietary features such as Memory Studio, Reflection Studio, the Festival Guide AI, the Command Center, and all related modules built on the VibePass platform. All trademarks, design systems, source code, and feature concepts are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Pilot and commercial terms to be agreed in a separate written agreement.
